HP Singapore is seeking a role focused on engineering and product quality leadership. The position requires driving product quality, reliability, and customer experience across the lifecycle, while translating field feedback into actionable improvements.

You will monitor warranty, telemetry, and customer experience data to identify trends and opportunities, lead investigations and root cause analyses, and collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Product Management, Customer Support, and Operations

Responsibilities

Drive product quality, reliability, and customer experience throughout the product lifecycle.
Serve as the customer advocate by translating customer feedback and field insights into actionable improvements.
Monitor and analyse warranty, telemetry, call rate, and customer experience data to identify quality trends and opportunities.
Lead investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution of critical product quality issues and customer escalations.
Partner with R&D, Manufacturing, Product Management, Customer Support, and Operations teams to implement effective corrective actions and preventive measures.
Utilise telemetry, warranty, NPS, call, and quality data to identify emerging risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Develop data-driven recommendations to improve product quality, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
Communicate product quality performance, risks, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
