Job description

Product Technical Marketing Engineer Description - Product Quality Leadership Drive product quality, reliability, and customer experience throughout the product lifecycle. Serve as the customer advocate by translating customer feedback and field insights into actionable improvements. Monitor and analyse warranty, telemetry, call rate, and customer experience data to identify quality trends and opportunities.

Issue Management & Escalation Leadership Lead investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution of critical product quality issues and customer escalations. Partner with R&D, Manufacturing, Product Management, Customer Support, and Operations teams to implement effective corrective actions and preventive measures.

Data Analytics & Insights Utilise telemetry, warranty, NPS, call, and quality data to identify emerging risks, trends, and improvement opportunities. Develop data-driven recommendations to improve product quality, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes. Communicate product quality performance, risks, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
