Job summary

HP in Singapore is seeking an Engineering professional to lead product quality, reliability, and customer experience across the lifecycle. You will translate customer feedback and field insights into actionable improvements and monitor warranty, telemetry, call rates, and CX data to spot trends.

You will partner with R&D, Manufacturing, Product Management, Customer Support, and Operations to drive effective corrective actions and preventive measures, investigate issues, and communicate findings

Qualifications

• Experience leading product quality initiatives across a lifecycle.
• Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Strong data analysis skills for warranty, telemetry, and CX metrics.
