Job summary

Dyson Singapore Technology Centre seeks a senior Quality Manager to lead Delivery PAS, translating customer insights into robust product attributes and governance. Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product development, quality, systems engineering or consumer insights.
• Proven leadership of technical or multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong ability to translate customer insights into requirements.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and portfolio decisions.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience across full product lifecycle from discovery to in-market optimization.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the PAS team within Delivery.
• Build capability across insight generation, product definition, validation and governance.
• Establish and improve PAS frameworks, methodologies and ways of working.
• Foster a customer-focused culture built on evidence-based decisions.
• Champion the Voice of the Customer across categories and programmes.
• Ensure customer research, VoC data, and market insights inform decisions.
• Identify emerging customer needs and market opportunities.
• Drive alignment around customer value across cross-functional teams.
• Translate customer needs into product attributes, requirements and targets.
• Drive attribute management, target setting and requirement cascading.
• Influence product decisions to maximise customer value and satisfaction.
• Keep customer outcomes central throughout the development lifecycle.
• Establish governance processes protecting customers and ensuring readiness.
• Provide independent assessment of customer satisfaction risks.
• Ensure decisions are supported by evidence and validation.
• Challenge decisions where outcomes may be compromised.
• Drive learning from in-market performance into future improvements.
• Sponsor investigations into unmet customer needs and opportunities.
• Support creation of new projects and programmes within Delivery.
