Job description
Responsibilities
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with a portfolio of existing clients, conducting periodic Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews and ongoing client due diligence (CDD).
  • Actively promote and sell a comprehensive range of online payment solutions, FX services, and advanced cash management products.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to increase non-interest income from current clients through additional services and transaction growth.
  • Lead new client acquisition efforts, targeting corporate and institutional clients while designing customized cash management proposals.
  • Execute effective sales strategies to expand the client base and enhance market presence.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, building a strong professional network across the sector.
  • Perform regular analysis of product performance, client engagement, revenue, and market trends to guide strategic decisions.
  • Ensure timely reporting and reconciliation of cash management activities while overseeing operational compliance and service standards.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including Operations, Compliance, and Sales, to ensure enhanced product delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed reports on portfolio performance and business development initiatives for management review.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in FinTech, digital banking, or the corporate banking sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in integrated digital marketing and social media, with experience in financial services marketing advantageous.
  • Proven project management skills, with an emphasis on monitoring and measuring campaign results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while producing clear and compelling communication.
  • A keen interest in both traditional finance and the FinTech landscape, complemented by exceptional consulting, writing, and presentation skills.
