Job summary

A leading recruitment agency seeks a Product Development Sales Executive in Woodlands, Singapore. Job description
  • Position: Product Development Sales Executive
  • Location: Woodlands (Bus nearby)
  • Working hours: 5 days a week - 8:30 am - 6:00 pm (Monday - Friday)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6300 + 14 days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Manufacturing & Trade of Engineered Plastic & Metal parts
Main Responsibilities
  • Discover and develop new business opportunities for plastic sheets and CNC-machined components.
  • Market and sell both new and existing plastic and machining solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to support new product development.
  • Gather and interpret customer requirements, converting them into clear technical and commercial specifications.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and actively follow up on customer enquiries.
  • Support products through the full lifecycle, from development to mass production.
  • Perform basic market research and monitor competitor activities.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure customer expectations for quality, pricing, and delivery timelines are met.
Requirements
  • At least a Diploma in Engineering, Business, Sales, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of CNC machining or plastic materials is preferred (training will be provided).
  • Bilingual in both English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
