Job summary

A technology services provider based in Singapore is looking for a candidate to perform bench data collection and debugging. You will develop and maintain automated test scripts and conduct statistical data analysis on Memory protocols like DDR5 and LPDDR5. An ideal candidate holds a BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering and has experience using lab instruments such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers. Strong communication skills are also essential for this role.

Job Description

• Pattern submission for bench data collection and perform debug with lab instruments when necessary.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and test frameworks for efficient data collection and analysis.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Memory specifications and trends to inform product strategy and direction.
• Statistical data analysis to post process volume results for data correlation across Process corners and outlier analysis.
• Takes responsibility for isolating the issue to a specific area such as test gap, SW bug, silicon bug, or process deviation using bench setup.

Job Requirements

• BS/MS Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering.
• Good knowledge and experience on bench testing and debug skills with lab instruments usage.
• Strong understanding of Memory protocols such as DDR5 and LPDDR5.
• Proficiency in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and protocol analyzers.
• Experienced in Linux and Windows environment, data analysis and scripting languages ( e.g. Python, Perl ) for automation and data processing.
• Experience in the RoCM is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills, including data presentation and works well in a group environment that spans across continents.
