Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices in Singapore is seeking a Staff Product Development Engineer in the Data Center Graphics New Product Introduction team. You will develop and drive ATE test solutions for silicon photonics to meet milestones in test time, yield and cost, and work with silicon design, DFT, packaging and key technology partners.

You will lead technical efforts, train teams, and push for production-worthy test flows.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to tackle complex test and manufacturing challenges in silicon photonics.
• Experience coordinating across design, packaging, DFT, and test teams.
• Strong communication and leadership in technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive production test solutions for silicon photonics across wafersort, die-level, and CPO-level.
• Collaborate with silicon design, packaging, and suppliers to optimize test yield and quality.
• Train engineers and teams in silicon photonics test methodologies and debugging.
• Identify and mitigate test challenges; lead large technical projects and processes.
• Lead post-silicon bring-up of test patterns for mass production enablement.
