Job summary

MTC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Procurement Officer (Manufacturing) to source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage purchase orders. The role focuses on ensuring quality materials, timely delivery, and cost efficiency within a manufacturing setup.

The successful candidate will have a diploma (or degree) with procurement experience, familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9001, and proficiency in SAP/ERP and Microsoft Office. This on-site position offers AWS and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

Diploma with 4 years or Degree with 2-3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing.
Knowledge of AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 standards.
Proficient in SAP or ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Source and evaluate suppliers for quality materials and competitive pricing.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Manage purchase orders, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely material delivery.
Identify alternative suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
