Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a procurement specialist to source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage purchase orders to ensure timely material delivery.

The role is based in Bedok and involves coordinating with internal teams and vendors to optimize cost and quality. The candidate should have a diploma with 4 years or a degree with 2–3 years in manufacturing procurement, AS9100/ISO 9001 knowledge, SAP/ERP and MS Office proficiency. AWS and a bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 4 years or Degree with 2–3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 standards.
• Proficient in SAP or ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers for quality materials and competitive pricing.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Manage purchase orders, inventory levels, and supplier performance.

Job description

• Salary: SGD 3,000 – SGD 4,000

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Location: Bedok (Nearby Bedok MRT)
