Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Procurement Officer for electronics and mechanical industries to source, evaluate suppliers, and manage purchase orders in Singapore. Based in Bedok South, you will work Mon–Fri, 8:00 am–5:30 pm, with a basic salary plus bonuses and AWS.

You will negotiate terms, monitor delivery, and ensure quality compliance (AS9100/ISO 9001). Proficiency in SAP or ERP and MS Office is required to support procurement and supply chain activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in manufacturing/electronics/electrical/mechanical engineering or related field; minimum 2 years procurement or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of AS9100 Aerospace Quality Management Systems and/or ISO 9001 requirements.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, research, and evaluate suppliers and stockists that meet quality, cost, delivery, and reliability requirements.
• Identify sales promotions, supplier rebates, and other cost-saving opportunities to achieve procurement savings.
• Assess supplier capabilities and products to ensure compliance with technical specs, quality requirements, and delivery commitments.
• Analyze supplier quotations, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules, and execute purchases within authority limits.
• Manage and monitor customer forecasts, inventory levels, production schedules, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders to support operations.
• Track and follow up on purchase orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Source alternative suppliers to mitigate supply disruptions and ensure business continuity.
• Monitor supplier performance to meet Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Flexibility objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to support long-term objectives.
• Liaise with customers regarding obsolete parts management and alternative sourcing solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and supply chain activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable aerospace/manufacturing requirements.
