Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Procurement Officer in the electronics and mechanical industry to manage supplier selection, evaluate bids, and ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.

The role requires a diploma/degree in related fields and at least 2 years of procurement experience within manufacturing environments. Candidates should be proficient in SAP or ERP systems and skilled in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Manufacturing, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field, with at least 2 years of procurement or supply chain experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, research, and evaluate suppliers and stockists meeting quality, cost, delivery, and reliability requirements.
• Identify promotions, rebates, and other cost-saving opportunities to achieve procurement savings.
• Assess supplier capabilities and products to ensure compliance with technical specs, quality requirements, and delivery commitments.
• Analyze supplier quotations, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules, and execute purchases within approved authority limits.
• Monitor customer forecasts, inventory levels, production schedules, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders to support operations.
