Job summary

MTC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Procurement Officer (Manufacturing) to source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage purchase orders. The role focuses on ensuring quality materials, timely delivery, and cost efficiency within a manufacturing setup.

The successful candidate will have a diploma (or degree) with procurement experience, familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9001, and proficiency in SAP/ERP and Microsoft Office. This on-site position offers AWS and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 4 years or Degree with 2-3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 standards.
• Proficient in SAP or ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers for quality materials and competitive pricing.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Manage purchase orders, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely material delivery.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
