Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or related discipline with at least 2 years of procurement experience.
• Familiar with AS9100 aerospace quality management systems and ISO 9001.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, research, and evaluate suppliers and stockists meeting quality, cost, delivery, and reliability.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules; execute purchases within authority.
• Manage inventories, production schedules, and purchase orders to support operations.
• Track orders with suppliers and communicate status to internal stakeholders.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and supplier promotions for procurement savings.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace quality requirements and company policy.
