Job summary

UIC Asian Computer Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Procurement Executive to support sourcing, supplier coordination, and purchase order processing. The role emphasizes timely, cost-effective procurement and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
• No prior experience but strong interest in procurement is welcome to apply.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers to support procurement requirements.
• Obtain and compare quotations, pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain procurement records and related documentation.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Resolve supplier-related issues, including delivery delays and quality concerns.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support operational requirements.
