Job summary

VT Recruit Pte Ltd invites a proactive Procurement professional to join our Singapore team. You will manage and support the full end-to-end procurement workflow, source suppliers, evaluate quotations, and process requisitions and purchase orders.

You will also follow up on orders and coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders. You should have at least 2 years of relevant procurement experience, a qualification such as GCE O-Level/NITEC/NTC/Diploma, and be proficient with

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Minimum GCE O-Level, NITEC/NTC, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the full end-to-end procurement workflow.
• Conduct supplier sourcing and evaluate quotations.
• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Organise, maintain and safeguard procurement documentation.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
