Job summary

WEcruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing, RFQ issuance, price negotiation, shipment coordination and delivery follow-up.

You will review materials based on MRP requirements, monitor supplier performance, manage inventory policies, coordinate with logistics, and ensure timely reporting to support production schedules and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, RFQ issuance, price negotiation, shipment coordination, and delivery follow-up
• Review and procure materials, components, and equipment based on MRP requirements
• Monitor and expedite materials with suppliers to ensure alignment with production schedules, and coordinate adjustments where necessary
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Planning to support operational efficiency and maximize customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory control, including periodic review and execution of management-defined stocking policies
• Liaise with logistics providers for shipment arrangements, delivery status updates, and customs declaration matters
• Manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards, delivery commitments, and inventory targets
• Maintain procurement documentation, including vendor code setup and purchasing database updates, as well as PO, DO, and invoice matching and submission to Finance
• Handle RMA/NCT returns and coordinate resolution with suppliers
• Drive and support cost reduction initiatives
• Analyze Bill of Materials (BOM) to support purchasing decisions
• Prepare and update weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Prioritize tasks effectively based on urgency and operational needs
