Job summary

Optimum Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced procurement professional for a contract role in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring alignment with government policies and GeBIZ requirements, and maintain essential procurement documentation.

The role requires strong communication, meticulous documentation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, delivering timely results and supporting cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience managing the full procurement lifecycle from planning to award.
• Familiar with Government procurement policies, processes and guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with documentation and minute-taking abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to follow through on tasks to completion.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and prioritisation to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including planning, sourcing, evaluation and approval.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with Government procurement policies, regulations and guidelines, including IM8 and GeBIZ requirements.
• Prepare, review and maintain procurement documentation, including RFQs, Approval of Requirement (AOR) and evaluation reports.
• Track procurement progress and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and management.
• Work closely with internal and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
• Support other procurement-related activities and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
