Job summary

IPOS International, the IPOS group’s capability-building arm, seeks a practical Senior Executive, Procurement to support end-to-end procurement activities and contribute to future procurement platform initiatives in Singapore. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, ensure compliance and maintain complete records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Law, Information Systems or related field.
• Fresh graduates and applicants with experience in procurement, sourcing, contract administration or related operations are welcome to apply.
• Interest in procurement and willingness to learn quotation and tender processes, governance requirements and contract documentation.
• Familiarity with MS Office and willingness to learn new systems and AI tools; system implementation/training useful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for assigned cases, with guidance where needed.
• Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers; clarify requirements and timelines.
• Check procurement submissions for completeness, accuracy and compliance; maintain audit trail.
• Track contract variations, extensions, expiry dates, supplier records and closeout.
• Assist with procurement reports, dashboards and basic budget/spend analysis for management reporting.
• Use approved AI tools and digital technologies responsibly to improve efficiency and protect data.
