Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Procurement SME to manage raw material procurement processes in SAP and support ERP transformation activities. You will work with IT and SAP teams to translate business needs into system solutions, develop SOPs, and drive end-to-end procurement enhancements.

The role covers MRP/PO creation, supplier management, goods receipt and intercompany transactions, with emphasis on governance, data validation and user adoption during go-live.

Qualifications

• End-to-end procurement knowledge including PO creation, supplier management and goods receipt.
• Experience in customer service or order management for processing Purchase Orders.
• Ability to develop SOPs, process documentation and work instructions.
• Act as Procurement SME for ERP transformation and SAP reviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide SME guidance on raw material procurement in SAP.
• Support SAP migration activities including data validation and cleansing.
• Develop and execute UAT scripts and test scenarios for procurement and sales processes.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT, defect identification, resolution and retesting.
• Translate business requirements into system solutions with IT and SAP consultants.
• Review procurement processes for efficiency, compliance and alignment with business needs.
• Support cutover, go-live prep and post-go-live stabilization.
• Identify gaps and propose practical procurement improvements.
