Qualifications

• Degree in Materials Science, Supply Chain/Business Administration, or an Engineering-related field.
• Experience in procurement roles with cost savings and supplier performance improvements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with long-term business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers; negotiate pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure procurement goals are met.
• Oversee issuance of purchase orders for direct materials; monitor shipments, delivery dates, quality, and payment.
• Prepare comprehensive reports to support decision-making and management reporting.
• Analyze market trends to inform purchasing decisions on target materials.
• Assist with additional tasks assigned by management.
