Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager in Singapore to lead procurement transformation engagements across industries. You will work with client teams to design and implement new operating models, sourcing strategies and S2P improvements that drive measurable procurement value.

Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders is required to deliver outcomes. The role requires 6+ years in procurement/supply chain consulting, with experience in platforms like SAP Ariba, Coupa or Ivalua.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• At least 6 years in procurement, sourcing, supply chain consulting or related roles.
• Experience improving sourcing, procurement effectiveness and efficiency.
• Experience with Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, S2P, SRM, and CLM.
• Experience delivering transformation, process improvement or consulting projects.
• Ideally with technology-enabled procurement transformation and platform implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support procurement transformation engagements across industries.
• Assess current-state procurement processes and identify improvements.
• Design and implement procurement operating models and sourcing strategies.
• Improve procurement effectiveness, efficiency and supplier performance.
• Support strategic sourcing, category management and SRM initiatives.
• Drive S2P process transformation and optimization programmes.
• Manage project workstreams, deliverables and stakeholder communications.
• Build client relationships and support business development.
