Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Senior Finance Associate - Procurement to drive governance and efficient procurement operations within the Group Procurement team.

You will handle end-to-end P2P activities, tender openings, system administration, daily processing, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with Malaysia and Singapore units.

Hybrid work (4 days in office, 1 day from home) at 1 Pickering Street; requires at least 3 years in procurement and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree holder with relevant procurement exposure.
• Strong governance discipline and procurement operations knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical abilities and presentation skills; able to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement operations for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system, including tender openings and daily transaction processing.
• Act as procurement system administrator and ensure compliance by mitigating regulatory risks.
• Collaborate with procurement administrative support teams in Malaysia and address escalated matters from Singapore units.
• Supports new system rollouts/enhancements by executing user-acceptance testing (UAT) prior to go-live.
