Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a procurement professional in Singapore with a Diploma or Degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. You will manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, including tender opening and system administration, while upholding Group Procurement policies.

You will collaborate with the Malaysia-based procurement admin team and handle inquiries from Singapore business units.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in procurement.
• Strong governance discipline and knowledge in procurement operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement operations for the Procure-to-Pay system, including tender opening, acting as procurement system administrator, and daily transaction processing.
• Manage queries raised by business units regarding Group Procurement Policy, Operating Guidelines and other procurement matters in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate closely with procurement administrative support team in Malaysia and address any escalated matters from Singapore business units.
• Supports any new system roll out/enhancements by preparing and executing user-acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring all requirements are met prior to go-live.
• Ensure compliance by proactively considering business and regulatory risks, and implementing measures to mitigate potential issues.
• Adhoc duties as assigned
