Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a procurement specialist to manage end-to-end procurement operations through the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system, handle transactions, tender processes, and daily system administration.

You will resolve queries on procurement policies, work with internal teams to address issues, support new system implementations including UAT, ensure compliance with policies, identify risks, and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement operations through the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system.
• Support procurement transactions, tender processes and daily system administration.
• Handle and resolve queries from business units on procurement policies, guidelines and processes.
• Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve procurement-related issues.
• Support new system implementations and enhancements, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, procedures and relevant requirements.
• Identify potential operational risks and support measures to improve compliance and efficiency.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
