Job summary

SLA Singapore Land Authority is seeking a procurement officer to support the organisation’s procurement activities across the full lifecycle, from planning and sourcing to contract management. You will work with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and advise on appropriate procurement approaches.

You will facilitate sourcing, evaluation, and award activities, ensure compliance with the IM on Procurement and government policies, and assist with post-award administration and renewals

• Analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are expected.
• Team player with a positive mindset and the ability to engage with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Good understanding of procurement governance, documentation and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities from planning through evaluation, award and contract administration.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with the IM on Procurement, government policies and internal procedures.
• Conduct procurement exercises through the GeBIZ system.
• Monitor contract expiry dates and coordinate renewals or re-procurement as needed.
• Support procurement reporting and data analysis.
