Job summary

Singapore Land Authority is seeking a Procurement Officer to support the organisation's procurement activities, ensuring timely, efficient, and compliant sourcing of goods and services. You will work with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, advise on procurement approaches, facilitate sourcing and evaluation, and support contract award and post-award administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end procurement processes.
• Familiar with government procurement policies.
• Ability to plan, source, evaluate and administer contracts.
• Strong governance, documentation and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities from planning through evaluation, award and contract administration.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with the Instruction Manual on Procurement, government policies and internal procedures.
• Conduct and administer procurement exercises through GeBIZ.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure proper planning and execution.
• Monitor contract expiry dates and initiate renewals or re-procurement to ensure continuity of services.
• Support procurement reporting and data analysis.
