Singapore Land Authority is seeking a procurement professional to support end-to-end activities from planning and sourcing to evaluation, award and contract management. You will work with internal stakeholders to determine the best procurement approach and ensure adherence to the Government’s procurement policies and the organisation’s procedures.

You will handle sourcing and evaluation activities, assist with contract administration and monitor milestones to support continuity of services.

Qualifications

• Qualification in a building-related discipline such as Building, Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management or related built-environment field.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with a positive mindset and collaborative approach with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Good understanding of procurement governance, documentation and internal controls.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities from planning through evaluation, award and contract administration.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with the IM on Procurement, policies, guidelines and internal procedures.
• Conduct and administer procurement exercises via GeBIZ system.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and determine procurement approach.
• Monitor contract expiry dates and coordinate renewals, extensions or re-procurement as needed.
• Support procurement reporting, data analysis and related initiatives.
