PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end daily procurement operations and lead supplier/vendor sourcing and performance management. The role spans the full purchasing cycle from evaluation and negotiation to contract award.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree with 3–6 years of relevant procurement experience, and familiarity with SAP/ERP systems is advantageous. Leadership experience is also beneficial for this position.

Qualifications

3–6 years of relevant procurement experience.
Experience in manufacturing/oil and gas is advantageous.
Experience with SAP/ERP systems is advantageous.
Leadership experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end daily procurement operations in line with governance, workflows, and approval guidelines.
Lead supplier/vendor sourcing, evaluation, and ongoing performance management.
Oversee the full purchasing cycle — from commercial evaluation and negotiation to contract preparation and award.
Conduct bid evaluations and negotiate with vendors based on set assessment criteria.
Support risk assessment and audit processes related to procurement.
Manage Service Level Agreements covering leases, equipment, logistics, and term contracts.
Drive centralisation and bulk procurement initiatives, and lead or support cross-functional improvement projects.
