Job summary

Jet Concepts Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Procurement Executive who can manage purchasing from sourcing to delivery, build supplier relationships, and ensure stock levels stay healthy.

You will negotiate best prices, track spend, support sales and operations, and help streamline processes. Fresh grads welcome; 1-3 years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Fresh grad or 1-3 years in procurement, purchasing, retail ops, or admin.
• Super organised and detail-driven - Excel is your best friend.
• Good negotiator and communicator. Can charm a supplier and close a deal.
• Proactive, resourceful, and love problem-solving.
• Bonus: Experience in wellness/retail is great, but attitude is everything.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Vibes: Build and maintain great relationships with suppliers. Get the best price + best quality.
• Stock Boss: Monitor inventory levels so we never run out of the good stuff.
• Cost Watcher: Track spend, compare quotes, and help us save $$$.
• Sales + Ops Support: Work with the centre team to forecast what we need, when we need it.
• Process + Fun: Help streamline procurement and make it efficient and enjoyable.
