Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Contract & Procurement Manager at our Singapore location (Upper Jurong Road). The role reports to the Head of Finance and covers end-to-end procurement and contract administration to ensure policy compliance and timely delivery of goods and services.

You will also track outstanding Purchase Orders and support Year-End closing activities. 1 Oct 2026 – 30 Sep 2027 fixed-term contract; Singapore citizen preferred.

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of public sector contracts and procurement workflow is preferred.
• Familiar with Government IMs and procurement policies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contract status and assist in contract administration work.
• Review papers for contract establishment, renewal and variation, and facilitate the process by liaising with multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and assist the Assistant Director (Contract & Procurement) in advising on the various procurement modes.
• Review requirement specifications and evaluation reports for ad-hoc procurement projects and facilitate the procurement process with stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for quarterly contract meetings and draft meeting minutes.
• Support audits and ensure proper documentation for compliance purposes.
• Track outstanding Purchase Orders and assist in payment performance management during the financial year-end closing period.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks required.
