Qualifications

• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement or order processing.
• Familiarity with purchase order processes and vendor coordination.
• Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Meticulous and able to manage multiple requests efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy.
• Source vendors and coordinate pricing, availability and delivery.
• Review vendor quotations and compare with records.
• Maintain price lists and vendor onboarding in SAP.
• Process purchase requisitions into purchase orders and get approvals.
• Monitor order status and expedite orders as needed.
• Respond to internal stakeholder inquiries regarding orders.
• Assist with quarterly stocktakes and ad-hoc duties.
