Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd represents a client in the Science Industry seeking a Procurement Assistant to support ongoing transformation projects at the West location. You will handle Purchase Order processing in SAP, source vendors, obtain quotations, and help onboard new suppliers while ensuring accurate procurement records.

Responsibilities include coordinating orders and deliveries, expediting shipments, and providing stock-taking backup for the team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain is required.
• Experience using SAP for procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Purchase Order Processing: review requisitions, create and process POs in SAP.
• Vendor Management & Sourcing: source vendors, obtain quotations, negotiate pricing.
• Order & Delivery Coordination: monitor orders, coordinate deliveries, address changes.
• SAP & Procurement Administration: maintain item records and price lists, create SAP items.
• Inventory & Team Support: conduct stock takes, provide backup support during leave.
