Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore (Jurong East) is seeking a skilled Supply Chain/Procurement specialist to manage SAP-driven procurement, inventory control, and supplier relations, delivering reliable cost-effective operations.

You will coordinate with suppliers, internal teams and logistics providers to secure timely deliveries, accurate invoicing, cost control, and seamless order fulfilment across the business.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or Supply Chain is required.
• 3–5 years' experience in supply chain/procurement.
• Solid knowledge of incoterms and SAP; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities in SAP, including purchase orders, goods receipts, supplier records and inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, product quality, timely deliveries and invoice discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stocktaking and support cost optimisation.
• Process customer orders, quotations, invoices and sales documentation in SAP.
• Liaise with customers and internal departments to resolve enquiries and operational issues.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics providers to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries.
• Support import/export activities and maintain transportation cost records.
• Assist with contracts, tenders, distributor agreements, customer account creation and credit vetting.
