Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a Supply Chain Support professional in Singapore. The role focuses on inventory and order management, SAP updates, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely deliveries.

The candidate will maintain Material Master data in SAP, support cross-trade shipments, and handle vendor claims. Training will be provided; dynamic work within a fully supported welfare program is offered.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in supply chain operations.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: plan and update system parameters to optimize stock levels.
• Order management: process POs and update SAP; ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate inbound shipments with stakeholders and verify invoices.
• Handle cross trade shipments from factory to customer under Free Trade Agreement rules.
• Process vendor-related claims.
• Maintain Material Master in SAP (HS code, delivery times).
• Support operations quality and adhere to company policies.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties or reports as assigned.
