The role requires basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; no experience is required as training is provided. You will compare quotations, maintain procurement records and coordinate with internal departments on purchasing matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations (RFQ)
• Compare supplier quotations, pricing and delivery lead times
• Support vendor registration and onboarding processes
• Prepare and maintain procurement documents and records
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments on purchasing matters
• Perform other procurement and administrative duties as assigned
