Job summary

The incumbent will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, liaise with suppliers, and maintain records. The position offers a 5-day work week, with a salary of $3,000 – $3,500 per month and overtime pay of $13/hour.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with AWS and a 14-day annual leave. Join a team focused on efficient procurement and supplier performance improvements.

Qualifications

• End-to-end purchasing experience, including sourcing and RFQs.
• Ability to negotiate prices and place orders.
• Coordinate deliveries and manage supplier communications.
• Monitor inventory levels and support inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchasing activities including sourcing, RFQs, price negotiation, and order placement.
• Coordinate with suppliers on deliveries and shipment arrangements.
• Monitor inventory levels and support inventory management.
• Liaise with logistics providers on shipment status and customs documentation.
• Maintain purchasing records and documentation.
• Support supplier performance, cost reduction initiatives, and BOM analysis.
• Prepare weekly and monthly purchasing reports.
