Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in process R&D.
• Experience in camera or laser projector module assembly processes.
• Knowledge of adhesive or epoxy bonding materials is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proof of concept evaluations and design of experiments.
• Establish baseline process and metrics.
• Generate engineering reports based on studies.
