Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for post-trade transactions.
• Assist with the preparation of investment-related materials, forms and client documentation.
• Sort, batch and organise trade-related documents, including account opening forms and customer requests.
• Assist with Expression of Interest (EOI) lodgements and related documentation.
• Coordinate courier arrangements, prepare outgoing documents and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
• Retrieve and extract bank statements and foreign exchange (FX) contracts when required.
• Assist with administrative processing of fee waivers, account retagging and upgrades.
• Perform document scanning, extraction and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain proper filing, document archival and record management.
• Assist with stationery orders and general office administration.
• Undertake other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
