Responsibilities

• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), functional testing, and regression testing for internet banking, mobile banking, and banking systems
• Perform document processing, verification, scanning, data entry, reconciliation, and archival of banking records
• Support post-trade transactions, account opening documentation, statement retrieval, FX contract processing, and fee-related requests
• Coordinate courier arrangements, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and ensure timely submission of documents for processing
• Perform general administrative duties, maintain accurate records, and assist with ad hoc projects as assigned
