Job summary

RMA CONSULTANTS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a proactive Bank Administrator to join our backend operations team. In this entry-level role, you will support daily banking operations by handling administrative tasks, processing documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.

This position offers a structured, fast-paced environment to build a solid foundation in banking operations and develop professional skills with training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma, A Level or equivalent.
• Training provided for those without related working experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• High level accuracy, well-organized.
• Knowledge of bank core operating systems is an advantage.
• Meticulous with attention to detail, team player, can-do attitude.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and support fulfilment of POs, Account Maintenance & update on accounts.
• Data Entry & updates in Bank’s operating systems within Service Standard, timely & accurate
• Highlight operational issues and provide escalation to management
• Identify operational risks and implement measures to address risks
• Participate in process improvement in digitization and automation
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders
• Work with stakeholders to recommend improvements
• Contribute to updates of Process Risk Maps & SOPs
• Timely escalation of ops/system issues to Team Lead
• Any other ad-hoc assignments to boost team performance
