Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a role within a Central Team supporting the Front Office and Client Onboarding documentation. You will process onboarding documents and provide general services to Front Office staff, covering tasks from onboarding through to account maintenance.

The position requires knowledge of private banking processes, handling account opening documents, deposits and loans, and collaboration with middle and back offices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in private banking, handling account opening documentations, account maintenance, deposits & loans.
• Strong understanding of private banking business models and processes.
• Good program or project management skills and IT enablement awareness.

Responsabilités

• Be part of Central Team supporting Front Office (including SCAs).
• Support knowledge centre for Client Onboarding documentation.
• Process onboarding docs and provide general Front Office services.
• Cover end-to-end client lifecycle from onboarding to account closure.
• Assist in client servicing: courier requests, statements, reports.
• Handle simple Front Office queries.
• Coordinate with Front Office to submit instructions to middle/back office.
• May include entry into Private Bank systems; adhere to internal policies.
