Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an organized and meticulous Operations Support professional to assist a private banking team. You will gain hands-on exposure to post-trade processing, account documentation, and investment materials in a fast-paced banking environment.

The role involves handling trade documents, EOIs, courier coordination, and general admin tasks with a strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Organised and meticulous, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Able to manage documentation and administrative tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with post-trade transaction processing and related administrative activities.
• Prepare and complete forms, assist with account-related documentation and support the preparation of investment materials.
• Sort, batch and organise trade-related documents, including account opening forms and customer requests.
• Assist with Expression of Interest (EOI) lodgements.
• Coordinate courier arrangements, prepare outgoing documents and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
• Retrieve and extract customer statements and foreign exchange (FX) contracts when required.
• Assist with fee waivers, account retagging and account upgrades through internal systems.
• Perform document scanning, extraction and reconciliation.
• Handle general administrative duties, including stationery ordering, filing and document archiving.
• Provide additional operational and administrative support as assigned.
