Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a Client Service Manager for PvB to collaborate with the RM team and business stakeholders. The role emphasizes service excellence, control, and end-to-end client experience across transactional activities.

You will drive risk-aware processes and ensure adherence to group policies while maximizing staff productivity. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives, monitor regulatory obligations, and participate in process improvements.

Qualifications
