Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore seeks a Client Service Manager for Private Banking to deliver consistent, high-quality service to affluent clients. You will coordinate Front Office with support functions to ensure smooth operations and compliance with AML procedures.

You will support Relationship Managers with KYC, transaction processing, and documentation, while upholding Group Conduct Principles and risk controls.

Qualifications

• RNF license with CACS Paper 1 & 2 certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality client service to Private Banking clients.
• Facilitate smooth Front Office relationships with support functions.
• Comply with money laundering prevention procedures and report suspicious activities.
• Highlight and mitigate risks; comply with regulations and group policies.
• Provide comprehensive client support and execute banking and investment transactions.
• Assist TL/RMs with sales documentation and KYC diligence.
• Report and escalate customer complaints per procedures.
• Ensure documents and reporting meet internal standards.
