Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking a Client Service Manager to deliver high-quality service to Private Banking clients. You will facilitate strong Front Office cooperation with support functions and ensure compliance with money-laundering prevention procedures.

You will work across Risk, Compliance and Operations to maintain smooth client onboarding and transaction processing, while guarding against operational and regulatory risks in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• RNF license with CACS Paper 1 and 2 certified.
• Knowledge of Private Banking products and services.
• Relevant regulatory and compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive client support to TL/RMs for Private Banking transactions.
• Handle day-to-day client queries on transactions, operations and account re-balancing.
• Assist TL/RMs with KYC diligence, credit docs and data entry into processing systems.
• Follow up on customer service issues and escalate complaints per procedures.
