Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank is seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager to drive complex Securities Services onboarding. You will lead end-to-end client implementations, coordinating with Sales, Product, Operations and Compliance to deliver on client requirements and timelines.

You will maintain strong client relationships, manage governance and risk throughout the onboarding lifecycle, and ensure successful post go-live servicing across multi-market clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end client implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Product, Operations and Compliance.
• Experience with API/host-to-host connectivity and S2B channels.
• Certified in Prince2 or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client implementations for Securities Services onboarding.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Operations and Compliance to align on plan.
• Monitor risk and governance throughout onboarding.
• Provide regular implementation updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of APIs, host-to-host, and S2B connectivity.
• Deliver best-in-class client servicing post go-live.
