Standard Chartered is seeking an experienced Client Service professional in Singapore to act as the primary service contact for key corporate clients, including China Corridor clients. You will own enquiries, deliver proactive updates, and collaborate with Operations, Technology, RM and Product teams to ensure service standards.

The role emphasizes client satisfaction, risk control, and strong product knowledge in Transaction Banking, with opportunities to lead and influence senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Client Service or related client-fronting role.
• Proven track record on developing and managing high performing teams.
• Able to deliver the highest standard of service addressing client enquiries and complaints.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary service contact, provide professional advice and proactive updates.
• Own enquiries, complaints and incidents; resolve issues with Operations, Technology, RM and Product teams.
• Monitor transactions, analyse service metrics and client insights; participate in service reviews.
• Deliver product and channel training, support sales calls and conduct regular Service Reviews.
• Follow operational risk controls, applicable laws and policies.
