Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Singapore seeks an Associate for the Client Service Team in Private Bank to serve as the primary contact for service-related needs of Private Bank Clients.

You will support Bankers and Investors by coordinating with product partners and operations to deliver a seamless client experience across Private Bank products. The role emphasizes servicing, KYC, and transaction processing with a strong focus on control standards and client relationship deepening.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 5 years of solid Client Service / Relationship Management experience in Private Bank.
• Knowledge of Private Banking products and operational processes on cash management, KYC, corporate action and banking products.
• High sensitivity to Private Banking Control standards for money transfers, securities transfers, credit and other transactional services.
• Strong interpersonal skills to service and deepen client relationships.
• Ability to interact with clients directly and resolve inquiries and troubleshoot independently.
• Familiarity with Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and other information sources.
• CACS certified is essential for performing duties and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with external clients and Integrated team for day-to-day account administration and servicing
• Provide proactive personalized service on transaction processing such as deposits, loans, asset transfers, cash flow management and other investment products
• Assist Clients with account maintenance requests including contact details, company/account structure updates and KYC documentation per Bank standards
• Outreach proactively to clients for digital adoption
• Assist Bankers with credit facilities, ad-hoc requests, troubleshooting and remediation campaigns as required by the Bank
