Job summary

JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in Singapore seeks an Associate in Client Service to act as the primary contact for service needs of Private Bank clients. You will support Bankers and Investors by coordinating with product partners and operations for a seamless, integrated client experience across Private Bank products.

You will handle day-to-day account administration, transactions, KYC, and documentation, while driving proactive, personalized service and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3 years of solid Client Service / Relationship Management experience from Private Bank.
• Good working knowledge of Private Banking products and related operational processes.
• High sensitivity to Private Banking Control standards for money transfers and servicing.
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain and deepen client relationships.
• Ability to interact with clients directly and resolve inquiries independently.
• Knowledge of systems including Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat; CACS certification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with external clients and Integrated team for day-to-day account administration and servicing.
• Provide proactive personalized service on transactions and product servicing.
• Assist clients with account maintenance requests and KYC/documentation updates.

As an Associate in the Client Service Team, you will be the primary contact for all service-related needs of Private Bank Clients. You work in a team and are responsible to provide support to Bankers and Investors by working with various product partners and operations to deliver a seamless and integrated experience to clients across all Private Bank products.

Job responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with external clients and Integrated team for day-to-day account administration and servicing
• Provide proactive personalized service on transaction processing such as deposits, loans, asset transfers, execution of cash and investment products, cash flow management, corporate action, servicing inquiries and investigation handling etc
• Assist Clients in all account maintenance related requests such as change of contact details, company and account structure update, KYC update and ensures all necessary documentation is processed in accordance with Bank’s standards
• Outreach proactively to client for digital adoption
• Assist Bankers in execution of credit facility, facilitates ad-hoc client requests, trouble shooting, and help drives any remediation or campaign that is required from Bank

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 3 years of solid Client Service / Relationship Management experience from Private Bank
• Good working knowledge of all Private Banking products including relevant operational processes on cash management, KYC document review, corporate action and banking products etc
• High sensitivity to Private Banking Control standards particularly those related to money transfers, securities transfer, credit, and any other transactional services
• Good interpersonal skills on servicing and ability to maintain and deepen relationships
• Capable of interacting with clients directly and able to resolve client inquiries and trouble shoot problems independently
• Knowledge of all relevant systems and software packages including Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and other information sources
• CACS certified is essential for performing the duties associated with this role and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
